Today is British Columbia Day, which is a statutory holiday in British Columbia. The aim of this holiday is to remember the pioneers that explored British Columbia in the 18th century. It is celebrated each year on the first monday of August. The university is closed down today. That means I have to seek refuge somewhere else…
